| In the summer of 2010 (15th July to 1st August), eleven Ng Wah boys joined the Australia Study Tour co-organized by our school and Kwun Tong Maryknoll College. The tour offered students to live with overseas host families so as to immerse themselves in an English learning environment and improve their language skills during lessons. They are also expected to learn from a new culture through excursions. The programme included language training in local schools, cultural expeditions and learning experience with local students in Gold Coast schools. The participants also got the opportunities to visit different scenic spots such as the Currumbin Sanctuary, the Palm Beach, the Bush Walk and the Robina Shopping Centre. |
