English Week 2012 - 2013

During the FIRST day of English Week, the English Club helped to launch the S1 Lunch Hour English Quiz with the support from all the committee members of English Club and all S1 English teachers. The venue of the quiz was in the Special Activity Room (SAR). The games facilitated the use of English outside classrooms. The programme was very exciting for all Ng Wah boys. The champion of the quiz was S1B.
In response to the fine-tuning of the medium of instruction (MOI) policy in Ng Wah, the committee members of English Club, all English teachers and the tutors from Refined EES service provider had prepared the English is Fun Game Stalls during the SECOND day of English Week on 9th October, 2012 in the Special Activity Room (SAR). The games included Word Search, Matching, and Knowing the World in the school playground for the first day of English Week. The games facilitated the use of English outside classrooms. It was also very exciting for all Ng Wah boys. This year, for the class in each form with the highest number of participation will be rewarded TWO Smart Team stickers. Other participating classes will also be awarded ONE Smart Team sticker. Being stimulated, the SAR was filled with English atmosphere during the lunch hour since all students were trying their best to strive for the highest participation rate in engaging in the English games. Many students tried their best to earn more credit points in order to help their classes to get the SMART TEAM stickers.
During the FOURTH day of English Week, the committee members of English Club, all English teachers and the tutors from Refined EES service provider had again prepared the English is Fun Game Stalls in the Special Activity Room (SAR). The games included Word Search, Matching, and Knowing the World. The games facilitated the use of English outside classrooms. It was also very exciting for all Ng Wah boys.
