English Prose Reading Competition 2019 by the English Department
With the support of the English Department of NWCSS, the “English Prose Reading Competition 2019” was successfully held in our Conference Room in the afternoon of 27th May, 2019 (Monday). The aims of this competition were to inspire Ng Wah boys to learn how to appreciate English prose, to develop their creativity, and to learn how to express their understanding of English prose accurately with expression and clarity. This year, the passage for the junior competition was taken from “Paddington Bear”. Special thanks to Ms S Wong for organizing the competition venue, and to our adjudicators: Ms MY Wong and Mr P Bason.
