“From Kowloon City to the World “ on 16th March 2019
To support and develop the use of English and the awareness of different cultures in daily life, Ten S4 and S5 students took part in the opening ceremony of the Programme “From Kowloon City to the World 2019” which was jointly organized by the New Asia College of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and New Asia Middle School on 16th March, 2019. Students from twelve Secondary Schools in Hong Kong enrolled in the programme, which gave students an opportunity to develop intercultural awareness and communicative aptitude as they interacted with people with languages and cultures from around the world. The programme “From Kowloon City to the World” was a valuable opportunity for our students to meet people of different nationalities. In the captioned event, Ng Wah participants got the chance to meet and talk with exchange students from Japan, the USA, the UK, Canada, Malaysia, China and India.
